Delivery timelines depend on your location: Rajasthan 2-5 business days, North India 3-6 business days, rest of India 4-8 business days, and remote locations 5-10 business days. Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Plants travel carefully packed, but transit can still cause some stress — a little leaf shedding or soil settling is normal. Unbox your plant as soon as it arrives, water lightly, and keep it in indirect light for the first few days before moving it to its permanent spot.
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and the product received, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund where eligible.
