Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship live plants, seeds, pots, planters, tools and fertilisers to most of India, packing every order by hand at our nursery in Pokaran, District Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, so it arrives ready to thrive. Mangi Greens is operated by MANGI LAL GREENS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. This page explains how our shipping works, from the moment you place an order to the moment it reaches your doorstep.

1. Order Processing

Once your payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order for dispatch. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are picked up for processing on the next working day, since our packing team is off on those days along with the rest of the country.

2. Delivery Estimates by Region

Once your order leaves our nursery, delivery time depends on how far it needs to travel. These are estimates based on typical courier performance, not guarantees, and can vary with weather, local conditions and courier capacity:

• Rajasthan — 2–5 days
• North India — 3–6 days
• Rest of India — 4–8 days
• Remote or hard-to-reach areas — 5–10 days

You can always check the live status of your order by contacting us on WhatsApp or email, quoting your order number and the mobile number you used at checkout.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated based on your delivery location and order value, and are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your payment — there are no hidden fees added afterwards.

4. Free Shipping

From time to time we offer free shipping on eligible orders or as part of a promotional campaign. Where free shipping applies, it will be reflected automatically at checkout, and any conditions (such as a minimum order value) will be clearly stated alongside the offer.
